Why sublingual strips instead of capsules or powders?
Delivery matters as much as ingredients. Traditional pills pass through stomach acid and first-pass liver metabolism, which can degrade active ingredients before they reach the bloodstream.
Thin-film strips dissolve under the tongue, where a rich capillary network allows nutrients to enter through the oral mucosa for faster, more efficient absorption.
Where do you source your ingredients?
Active ingredients are sourced from established global suppliers that provide Certificates of Analysis for purity and potency. Our focus is on high-purity ingredients and avoiding unnecessary fillers.
Are MRD’s CRISPR and epigenetic projects available to the public?
No. Work involving CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and epigenetic reprogramming remains strictly research-stage. These concepts are not products, are not for sale and are not available for human use. Current consumer products are non-invasive sublingual nutrient strips.
Product usage & safety
How do I take the sublingual strips?
Place one strip under the tongue or against the cheek and allow it to dissolve completely, typically in 30 to 60 seconds. Do not chew or swallow the strip whole, as that may reduce absorption.
When is the best time to take the strips?
- Energy and NMN strips: usually best in the morning, aligned with natural circadian and energy cycles.
- Sleep and recovery strips: generally 30 minutes before bed.

Are the products vegan and gluten-free?
MRD sublingual strips are described as vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and sugar-free. Natural sweeteners are used in place of sugar. Review the current product label for the definitive formulation.
Can I take these if I am on medication?
Consult your physician before adding any supplement, especially if you take blood thinners or metabolic medication, or if you have a pre-existing condition.
Who should not use these products?
Products are intended for healthy adults over 18. They are not intended for children, pregnant people or nursing mothers unless explicitly approved by a qualified healthcare provider.
Orders, shipping & returns
Do you ship internationally?
MRD ships from its logistics center in Israel to more than 150 countries, including the United States, Europe and Asia.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, an automated email provides a tracking number and carrier link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
International orders can be delayed by customs. If a package has not moved for more than seven days, email [email protected] and the team will investigate with the carrier.
What is the return policy?
- Damaged items: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
- Unopened items: sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping.
- Opened items: for health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
Subscriptions & account
Do you offer a subscription plan?
MRD offers a Subscribe & Save option with a 15% recurring-order discount and delivery every 30, 60 or 90 days.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled through the account area without cancellation penalties.

Do you offer wholesale accounts for clinics?
MRD works with selected wellness clinics, functional-medicine practitioners and biohacking centers. Contact Business Development with your credentials to discuss a partnership.
